01. Who owns the rights to the Situational Leadership® Model?
The Center for Leadership Studies, Inc. owns the Situational Leadership® Model and the content associated with it. It is our intellectual property and protected by several copyrights.
02. How can I bring Situational Leadership® to my employees?
Attend a public workshop at the Center to become certified, sign a license agreement and start training your employees in Situational Leadership®. Click on the "About Us" link on the left side of the page, then click "Get Licensed" for more details.
03. What is the value of Situational Leadership®?
Situational Leadership® increases the quantity and quality of conversations people have about performance. It gives leaders a method to diagnose the performance needs of others and respond to those needs. Employees benefit from role and goal clarity, opportunities for growth and development, and a framework to make difficult, often uncomfortable conversations about performance non-threatening and productive.
04. Is there a minimum purchase amount?
Yes. Instruments or handouts must be purchased in a minimum quantity of 10. Any quantity above 10 is okay and is NOT regulated by multiples of 10. (You may notice our price breaks listed on the website start at a quantity of 10.)
05. May I buy a 360 online assessment?
Our 360 online assessment is reserved for licensed clients who are training our packaged training program on Situational Leadership®. It is not designed to be used as a stand-alone 360 assessment.
06. What if I need to contact someone at your office?
Our phone number is 760-741-6595 or 800-330-2840. If you have already had contact with one of us, our email address format is first name.last name@situational.com. You can also click on the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the site to get our mailing address.
07. What are your hours of operation?
The Center for Leadership Studies, Inc. is open from 6:00 am- 5:00 pm (PST) Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
08. Where are you located?
Downtown Escondido, CA. 25 miles northeast of San Diego, CA.
09. How do I sign up to attend a public workshop?
Click on "About Us" and then click "Register" and fill in the information. Specify the workshop date in the comment field. Or you can call us at 760-741-6595 and we will sign you up.
10. What time does the public workshop start?
We start promptly at 8:00 am. We provide a continental breakfast so feel free to come a few minutes early to get situated.
